Tie dyed woven skirt with smocking at the top. Embroidered mesh on the front and lace crochet insets on the back. All over embroidery and lace crochet trims. Fully lined with peek a boo hemline. Can be worn as a skirt or a dress.

"i bought this at a boutique after wanting it for weeks and i finally bought it. my only complaint is like all the other reviewers said it runs big. i would definatly order a size down, esp if you plan to wear as a dress. it is big in the chest unless you have a larger chest."

"I love this dress, the color is fantastic and the detail is beautiful...the one thing is it is pretty big on the chest area. I am pretty small up there so it tends to fall down. I bought it at the botique in Portland and I live quite a ways away so I can't return for an xsmall. I usually wear a small so go down a size if you buy this."

"I LOVE this dress. I just bought it to wear on my graduation day, and it's perfect. The detailing is even better in person -- one of the many reasons I love Free People.
It does run a bit on the large side, so size down if possible. I purchased an XS and I am 5'9", 120 lbs, slightly curvy (I normally wear a small).
Also, the dress seems more purple in person. It's very unique and you can bet not too many people own anything similar. Great buy overall."

"Beautiful, original, well made....etc!...just a bit loose on top as a dress (I don't have much upstairs), but it looked great as both a dress and skirt (got size XS, 5" 4', 98 lbs)
the length both ways was perfect...on someone with more curves, it would complement them totally...I just sewed on ribbon straps on the top to hold it up as a dress...and it looks great!"

"This is my favarite piece by far that i hve ordered from free people, it is absolutly gorgeouse as a dress, it has the most buitul detail when i got it i was in love , this will defintly be my favirate piece in my wordrobe this summer! "I just got this wonderful dress/skirt and it is even better in person. I was concerned about the color but the skirt is a nice shade without being too tiedyed (overdyed) and the shades blend nicely. The detailing is so beautiful and intricate and you can wear it either way (front to back, not just as a skirt or dress). I have to say that I am so glad I ordered a smaller size because it is HUGE. I think I like it better as a skirt. i can see it not looking nice as a skirt on a petite person as the other reviewer said but I'm on the taller side so it looks nice either way. Highly recommended item!"

"This skirt is another piece that looks great in the picture but even more detailed in real life. It runs big I would say since I got an xs and it fit perfectly and I'm usually a small. I think it is the stretchy bust/waist that makes it this way."

"i normally wouldn't spend 168 dollars on a dress, but it looks as if this one is popular and i'm not sure i would have gotten my size if i waited for sale, and i knew i wanted it the moment i saw it!
though i think it's a tad overpriced, i don't regret my purchase. the details are lovely, and the lace is beautiful in person. there's a lot of extra details i didn't even notice in the photo (i bought it mainly for the color, and my new love for convertible skirts), so when i got it, i was even happier with my purchase.
i did have to order it twice, because i ordered my usual size (medium) and the chest of the dress felt a little too loose, and i like a snugger fit if i'm wearing something as a strapless dress. both sizes, however, were flattering. i reordered for comfort, but the shape this piece takes (as a dress, in particular) is very complimentary.
the colors are wonderful, you're sure to stand out in this piece. a perfect dress for the summer."
