"True, it is short, but I would only plan to wear with leggings.
The colour is muted, but a great french grey/ blue colour..
The print is pretty, the ruffles are awesome. They do hit strangely in the hips, but I just think the shirt is completely different and cool."

"I tried this on at the Free People store in Venice Beach and instantly fell in love with it. I bought the yellow with a beige tube slip for underneath and it is hot!!! Very flattering and flirty. At home I showed my boyfriend everything I bought that day and this was his favorite. Great sale price too!"

"although this is a beautiful and comfortable top, it is a very awkward length. unlike in the pic, it is too short to make an appropriate dress, and also hits the fullest part of your rear and flares out,making you look bigger. it is adjustable with drawstrings on both sides, and does look good over skinny jeans."

"Calling all shorties! This dress is super cute on and the perfect length. I'm 5'1" , 125 lbs and got the Medium. It is fitted to the shape of my body but not too tight. It is also flattering for my legs. If you are worried it's too short, you can untie the side ties and it gets another inch or two longer. I did that and it hits mid thigh on me. So cute for Summer bbq's by the pool or strolling by the beach boardwalk."

"I love this dress! (And if you're 5'2" like me, you can wear it as a dress.) If you're taller, wear tights/legging with the outfit. It's very summery/flirty, and the frill/poof at the bottom makes the outfit. I think you either like that ballet, frilly, poofy sort of skirt look or you don't. If you do, BUY THIS! If not, you're not going to be happy."
