"This belt is great, although very large on me (I got the smallest size...I am 5'5" and 105lb). My solution for this (especially when wearing a dress!) is to do a braid with the belt to make it smaller. The brass studs are nice quality, but the color is more of a gold/yellow color than I thought. I do not have the shedding problem of the leather too badly, but a flake comes of every now and then. I highly recommend this belt, it instantly jazzes up an outfit!"

"I am usually a size 29 at the waist, I puchased this at a boutique in size S/M. It fits double wrapped closer to my hips. I am considering getting the white belt similiar to this with the pyramid studs and I am going a size up to see if I can triple wrap it underneath my bust. Over all I wear this belt a lot and it is always the extra something my look needs. Great buy! :)"

"I have this in the black and I haven't had any issues with the "flaking" that others seem to have. It's very durable, and I can wear it low on my hips or high on my waist with no problems. Overall, this is a very well-made piece that I can wear with just about everything! Love it!"

"i bought this today to wear with my LnA high waisted skirt, but am also planning to wear it with my graffiti peacock romper. Absolutely necessary if you love a little edge, and also a great waist cincher. Size up one or two sizes as it is a little bit small!"

"This is a great-looking belt and I am so excited I finally got my hands on one! I purchased the S/M and I am quite happy with it! However I was expecting the smaller size to be something I could wear around my waist, but it is extremely big so I can only wear it through belt loops or resting around my hips. It is a bit disappointing but it is too cute to not wear. I have not found it to be constructed cheaply as others have said, and I have worn it a few times."

"I absolutely love this belt! It makes any old jeans look cute, edgy, and hip. It does run a bit large, though, as an earlier reviewer noted. I'm a size 4 and I need to wear the S/M belt at the tightest hole. Also, regarding the "shedding" of the crackle finish that the other review mentioned...the underside of the belt has a smooth finish, so I think that if you are wearing this with jeans and tees, the "shedding" wouldn't be a real problem. I had to rub the top surface of the belt to notice a few tiny crackle pieces shed. I think the shedding would only be noticeable if a light colored sweatery knit fabric were to repeatedly rub against the top of the belt. With jeans and a tee, I haven't noticed any problem. All in all, it's a really cute belt. Probably as cute as some of the pricier vintage motocross belts, but for a lot less."

"This belt has brass looking studs instead of silver like pictured. For me I love that because it will match silver and gold shoes, accessories, etc. The look is cute and I'm normally a size 2/4 and I got the S/M and I fit the smallest hole. If you're really tiny, this might be a little big for you. While I was in the store, a woman was returning this belt because the black crackled glitter coating on the top shed all over her clothes. After she said that, I tested it against my clothes and saw that some excess did shed. I bought it anyway and figured it would wear off after a few wears."
