"I just ordered this in natural. It looks white in the pictures, but when you get it it's a cream color and the lines are easily seen. Waist, bottom, and hood are adjustable. Hood is attached. You can wear this jacket many different ways, and it's really waterproof! It's a little big - the sleeves are kind of baggy. But if you wear sweatshirts often that should be okay. The green adjustable cords stick out on the hood and on the bottom, but you could just snip them off.
I feel like really tightening the waist area is not slimming, but that's just me. It made the jacket look like babydoll gone wrong. I left it a little loose and the cut is more flattering. Overall, a great, functional, and stylish jacket!"

"I just got this jacket and although it fits great and is pretty cute, it looks a little cheap. The silver buttons and zipper are tarnished and look used. I got the tan colored one and didn't realize it had red lines on it. The red really stands out. But you can't beat the price so I'm satisfied!"

"I ordered this for my trip to Ireland and was delighted when I received it and could see how water-proof it really was. Perfect to wear over sweaters in the Emerald Isle. And it's so cute and fashionable, too. Great to find a practical jacket that doesn't look like it came from a sporting goods store."

"This jacket material doesn't look anything like the jacket in the catalog, but it is cool nonetheless. The catalog jacket (natural) looks like a stiff cotton but in actuality the jacket is kind of a shiny plasticky cotton. The jacket is cool though, and looks and feels durable. I am now going to get the natural one. :-)"

"I purchased the natural color and I really do like the look of this jacket. That being said, it doesn't feel like cotton at all (though I'm sure the tag doesn't lie!). It must be a treated cotton, because the material feels just like a thin nylon windbreaker (not great against bare skin). I would have given it 5 stars if it were lined, even just in the sleeves. The details on the front are all really functional - you can pull & knot the ties for a fitted look or leave them loose for a baggier fit. The zippers & snaps are also of good quality. I will gets lots of wear out of this jacket!"
