"I was lucky enough to find a pair of these with perfect distressing. The distressing areas were all threads; I was not missing any patches in any areas. My pair are absolutely beautiful. I am happy that I broke down and bought them instead of butchering another pair of jeans trying to make them myself.
I am usually a 25 and these are true to size - a 25 on me fits tighter than it does on the model and the pant leg is much longer because I am only 5'0 with shorter legs. I personally like the way it fits me better.
Conclusion? Siwy distressing seems to be a bit hit and miss - find them in person to make sure you can pick out a pair that you like."

"While the fit was perfect ,unfortunately the pair I received looked nothing like the picture on the website as the entire right knee was completely torn out into a huge hole which exposed my entire knee. In addition, maybe due to my height, the jeans were not cropped. If the knee wasn't torn out I would have kept the jeans."

"Are these even these same jeans?? Mine have 2 (yes 2!) 1"x1" size distress marks on each knee. They look like every other jean. Is this some DIY trick? Like a do it at home distressing. The pack pockets are different too, they have yellow stitching embroidery instead of what's in the picture. Did I get the wrong thing?

"wow! at first when i got it the size was so small so i went to the store to exchange it.. then i got the right size.. the rips are perfect the fitting is perfect to.. i looks so cute with flats, wedges and some pumps.. if you're planning to buy this just get a size bigger.."

"These jeans are INCREDIBLE. Definitely what I was expecting. I have the bluestorm too. I'm 5' and under 100 lbs. and I had to go a size up to 25, for a more looser fit like the model you might want to go up 2 sizes, cause its still pretty tight on me. Overall I'm sooo happy with it, hits me in all the right places."

"i love everything about this jeans the color it looks exactly like in thepicture.. the only problem is when i tried it it so small that i almost couldn't close the button.. so if you're buying this jeans better get a size bigger even though its stretch.. i love this jeans.. good thing i purchased them.. but im returning the one i bought online coz it doesn't fit me..

"These are super cute jeans! I've had my eye on them since March. I am 5'1, so these are not a "crop" length on me. The distressed look varies slightly on each pair ( if you're able to - go into a store to try them on and find which one you like best), I tried these on twice before but didn't purchase until the pair I put on last night. These jeans are very soft and stretchy, not hard or stiff. Very comfy. I think they are perfect for all year long and look cute with heels or flats. Loving Michelle Siwy's denim collection. I would highly recommend purchasing these. They are the new statement denim piece. HOT HOT HOT!!!"

"I received these jeans in the mail and it isn't the fit or coloration I have to complain about, but the distressing. The image on the website shows the jeans MUCH more ripped and distressed than they actually are. It makes sense, since most companies take the most ideal pair of jeans and model them. I thought maybe I was alone in my assessment, but when I returned my jeans to my local Free People store, there were FIVE other Siwy Jean pairs returned from online purchases - I obviously am not the only one that wasn't pleased."

"These were exactly what I expected as far as quality and details the wash is lighter in color than it appears in person and it has a tan tint to it overall I am happy with this purchase but to the I disagree with the other reviewers these run true to size I am 5 foot 3 and a half I weigh about 115 pds and my hips measure 33 inches exactly and I have room in the waist of these jeans I even considered exchanging for a 24 in case they loosen up more (I have the snow storm in 24 and was a little concerned they fit too perfectly but I figure with all of the distressing the extra room is worth it ) so for all you slim girls order your true size unless you want them slouchy then size up I liked them so much I ordered the blue storm today too"
