"this layering tank is soo cute and whenever i wear it, i get tons of compliments on it. the blue is much "bluer" to me than it appears in the pictures and less of a gray tone. i wish it was more of the color in the picture so i could get away with wearing it throughout more seasons, the vibrant light blue doesn't really go much further than spring and summer...but it wasn't enough of a complaint to send it back. it's cute enough otherwise to make it a good purchase! my only grudge with this tank is that it is really long on me so i have to bunch it up. otherwise i love the detaling and the back is adorable of course."

"I am an XS in free people usually but, I would suggest sizing up in this top, especially if you are planning to layer underneath. I wanted the top to move a little on me but it is pretty much skin tight. So my advice it to size up, I would assume just 1 size up would be needed."

"I bought this in the blue gray and the color scheme is even more beautiful in person. I layer it over a copper colored dress and it looks amazing. The only problem I had with this item is that the straps were way too long, making it sit too low on my chest. I had to have 2 inches taken off the straps for it to fit. Being 5'9", I don't really think I should have had this problem. I did get a large, but when it comes to my shoulders and bust, I can usually fit into that size quite well. If you're short I would consider getting a size smaller than usual."

"This is made for layering. i am still not sure what to wear underneath it that won't be bulky, but it's a beautiful and cool top and in black it look very chic. The racerback is very sexy. The straps are a little long and it's not a supportive top on its own for women with larger chests."

"I ordered this top with the tie dyed cami in burgandy to go under it, just as its pictured on the model. I love it! I think it runs a little big, not bad but a little for free people standards on size. I am 5'4, 115 pounds and I almost always wear a small. I have a larger chest, 34C, so sometimes free people tops fit me a little tight. I ordered this in a medium thinking it would be very fitted. It is fitted but I think a small would have worked better on my frame.
All together its a beautiful top, particularly if you get the cami to go under neath it, gives it a cute unique look!"

"I bought this in yellow and olive. The yellow is a large, looks great in terms of length, but the top/straps are too big. I still like it though, and can make it work. However, when I purchased the olive in a medium it feels pretty snug in the torso and the length is not as good. I like both tops very much and wear them frequently, but the fit could be a little better for me. But I would still recommend to anyone who likes lace/layering."

"I ordered this in black and it's sexy and elegant. But it does run very small. I usually war a XS or S in Free People tops. I ordered a medium in this one because the smaller sizes were sold out and I'm very glad I did. Even the medium is pretty snug. Looks good with a camisole underneath or just a nude colored bra, or nothing, if you want to be daring."

"I have the parisian lace tank in 3 different colors...I orignally purchased the pink one at the boutique and loved it when I wore it out. It's a little bit loose with the racerback because of the stretch but it wasn't a big issue. I loved it so much that I had to get it in the grey/blue and of course the black. I have a hard time finding tanks that fit me right and this one sure does. It is also a reasonable price."

"This is a wonderful top for layering. The lace is very soft and stretchy. The beautiful styling of the back is very sexy with an athletic shape. The top is very fitted, but the lace has a lot of give, so it is perfect for layering under or over. The straps are a little bit too long for me, as I prefer the fabric to thoroughly cover my chest area, but it fits just as pictured. Despite the long straps and body, this fits true to size, stretching to skim your shape. The lace is sheer with no lining, so it is necessary to wear with a layer under or over. The red is very vibrant and sexy. I hope to buy a few more colors. A definite must-have if you love to layer!"

"I went to the Free People store last night and purchased this top in red, green, and black. I only tried on the red in my usual size (medium). I loved the fit so much I grabbed a black and a green without trying them on. Unfortunately, the black and green are way tighter and shorter even though they are the same size. I need to go back and exchange them.....weird I still love the top though :)"
