"I absolutely love this halter! I got it in a medium, so it's pretty drapey and long, but it looks fantastic with leggings and a tube-top. You can really get creative with layering different things underneath this!"

"I wear this as a dress, but it's super low and super see through. I was lucky enough to find this really tight fitting slip which looks amazing with it.(anything else looked silly and stuck out funny) Overall this is one of my favorite things in my closet, the back is so fun!"

"This is a nice cover up to a bathing suit, or paired with a tank top and legging/tights. I normally wear a XS in free people dresses, but after reading the reviews i decided to order a medium. I wanted to wear it as a bathing suit cover up, and I'm so glad I did. It is the perfect fit. Free People is one of my favorite brands for bohemian style clothing that is comfy yet very chic. Im always satisfied with my purchases."

"The sizing is on par with most free people clothing... a little large, which i took into account when purchasing. It is absolutely beautiful and I'm very pleased with my purchase. The one thing I'd add to the other reviews is that the torso area is very long so if you are short the front will hit below your chest area.... I've got a long torso and its a little too long for me. the material is beautiful with a gauzy feel and nice texture. I give 2 thumbs up!!!"

"Okay so before writing my previous review, I didn't really get a chance to try this piece with several different things. With a black bralette and an open cardigan it looks good. The poor quality of the fabric I can deal with. The stitches on the front won't rip out, either. After further looking, I noticed that they're a series of small stitches in a line, not just one big loop like I thought. This looks good worn as a top with the elasticized band worn like 2 inches below your jean's waistband and the top bunched up a bit.
My apologies for my previous review. As I payed around the new price I think it's fairly acceptable. I wouldn't buy another one, though."

"Well, firstly, the quality of this item isn't very high. The fabric is extremely sheer & pretty low quality and the stitching that makes the pleats on the bust looked like it would rip out. I got my normal size and it fits really tight on me.
The design of the shirt makes it so you could never comfortable wear it as a dress [unless you wear clothes that are wayyy too short like some girls do] or as a regular shirt. Layering makes it look kind of funny unless you tuck the shirt underneath into your pants. Maybe with a bandeau it'd be alright but I don't own one. I was expecting too much from this, I think.
The color is pretty nice , I like the back a lot, but for anyone who isn't really skinny and either really tall or really petite, this is a useless item. Maybe as a beach cover up over the summer it'd be good. I'm really disappointed by this item. Paying 15 or 20 dollars for it would be O.K.
This is the first time I've been disappointed by Free People, though, and it won't discourage me from buying here again."

"It's a little loose and the color is a little different tan I expected, the pink has barely noticable light brown/grey speckles, but it's still beautiful. It can be worn long (as a tunic/dress) or you can pull it up like a tank top. The back braid with ribbon is my favorite part."

"I was really disappointed with this top. I ordered a bunch of times from the new December catalog and when I tried this one on I was surprised at how large it was. I'm usually a small at free people but I think even in an x small this top would still be too big. I'm 5'2 and the top went to a little bit above my knee. It was extremely roomy and although the back of it is very cute it's not worth the money at all."
