Nice, but not perfect

"I'm torn on this bag. First off, it is a gorgeous, textured leather- it is not shiny like the photo with the model might appear, it is actually very soft, like the first five photos. When I took it out of the box, I thought it would be perfect. However, after attaching the crossbody strap, I noticed a major problem. The arm handles, as large as they are, are stiff and stuck in the upright position. They won't fold over the sides, making it an extremely awkward crossbody fit (you can notice it under the model's arm in the photo). As much as I tried, there was so comfortable, practical way to wear this bag with the strap. Unfortunately, that is necessary for me. If you are planning to use just the handles, I'm sure you will love how large and supported they are. Other than that, the bag is gorgeous and very nice quality for the price. The only thing I would add is that the leather definitely needs a protectant/waterproofing spray, because even with the distressed look, it feels like it might be affected by rain or the sun."
