"I too, saw these boots a while back, and hesitated because of the price. Xmas time rolled around, thought to myself "why not?" and decided to buy myself something nice... I saw how others mentioned that the top is tight, and the boot runs a bit snug, which were all true. The top band is quite tight, and I can only bring up the top to the bottom of my calf(which is not a problem because it looks perfect at that level). I can usually fit my calves into boots that others deem tight, but for some reason these are quite snug for me too. But I'm more than happy to scrunch them at the level that they fit, and they still look absolutely adorable!! They are a bit roomy around the toes for me, but I am going ot be wearing these with some thick socks, so the extra room will be needed. All in all, a very happy purchase for me :)"

The most AMAZING boots in the world!! - 12.12.2008
"I first saw these boots on Free People.com about 2 months ago and spent the whole time pineing away for them. I finally decided to order them for xmas and upon recieving them in the mail fell absolutely in love with them! I usually wear about 8 or 8.5 so I ordered a size 9 because it said they ran a bit small. Size 9 fits perfectly, they are very comfortable and the fact that the heel isn't too high helps. They are ADORABLE on. Also quite sexy... They may seem a little pricey but they are truly worth every penny."

"I'm glad I did not order a size larger as some of the reviews have suggested. I found these to fit true to size. I normally wear a sz 6 1/2 in shoes, but always a 7 in boots and the sz 7 fit perfect and actually a bit roomy in the feet. The only thing I have to agree on is the elastic band on the top is really snug when worn all the way up, they start to cut off blood circulation after a few hours, so forget wearing it anywhere else on the calves if you have larger calves. The most comfortable would be scrunched all the way down. Hoping the elastic will stretch out over time. But the look is great worn up or down...I love them!"

"Based on the product description and reviews, I ordered these in a size larger, but I find them a little roomy. These boots are great! They're actually comfy! I don't find the ties too tight. I think it's cool how it can be adjusted depending on how high you want them to be!"

"Note the style does run small. I can't even wear heels due to my back problems but I took a chance on these as I highly respect Jeffrey Campbell's ability to create shoes which last and are high quality. I've worn them for over 10 hours today (9 hours of work) and I feel fine! You really need to order a size up."

"Ok - I had been lusting after these boots forever, so when I noticed my size was back in stock, I jumped on the opportunity! I'm so glad that I got a 10, since I am a true 9.5, because the 10 fits wonderfully! The only complaint i have is that the elastic at the top of the boot is VERY VERY tight and I am afraid that my calves will be bruised after wearing them! I don't have large calves, so I wonder what people with larger legs than me will do! I am hoping that they stretch out soon...otherwise, I will have to sufffer for fashion."
