"I'm 5'9" and slender, and I ordered the white in a small. They fit great and are a little loose so as to fit slouchily. I would not go up or down a size. I was hesitant about the quality of the crochet, but when they arrived, I was happy to find it a lightweight crochet that has just enough weight to add to the slouch of the pants. My only concern is the drawstring waist tie which seems as if it could break if one were not careful. There is a lot of room in the crotch as the photos show, but these are really very pretty pants. I'll be wearing them beach side with bikinis, but might even pair them with an opaque boy short and tank/t-shirt for non-beach summer days. I rated 4 stars due to the weak drawstring and the high price. I'll buy the black when these go on sale."
