Flimsy sole, color transfers on to skin

"These are the first pair of wedges that I've ever walked with. I love the style, they go very well with my maxi dress and flare jeans.
However, I think they are overpriced for the quality.
The first thing that I noticed was the thin front part of the sole. I could feel every tiny stone that I stepped on. Since they lack padding, it's very uncomfortable to put my body weight (135 lbs) on the sole.
The second issue is that the color of the suede transfers easily on to my skin. Every time I wear them, I come back with black feet. I think they could have lined it with an extra layer of leather on the inner side to prevent this from happening.
I've worn these shoes a few times now. Some glued parts have already started to opening up. I wonder if I should go back to the store..."

"Just to clarify: Natural is in leather, the Black is in suede. I purchased these in a size 11 (thank you for having 11's in stock!) and they fit beautifully. The natural color is perfect and will look killer with a tan! Looking forward to wearing these this summer!"
