Nice but....

"I really like this skirt, but I just cannot justify the price of this. The fabric is thin, the drawstring on the skirt I received is crooked and there is no give in the waist. I love the look of the skirt, I can see wearing this to lounge around in, running errands, etc, but for this price? I'm thinking not so much...."

"If I could get away with wearing this every day, I would. This is my favorite skirt so far from FP. Agree with the other reviews that state the color is more charcoal. It's got lots of black flecks that are gorgeous. I ordered a M and I'm 5'4, 140 lbs. It hits me at about the same level as the model. I must say that it's extremely slimming as well. Also a piece I can wear all year round here in Texas (It's currently 69 degrees and I'm wearing it with a black tank top and my Chuck's). Can't wait to layer with other things once it gets cool again!"

a really cute skirt

"this is probably one of my fav skirts. the color is darker than pictured, more of a dark gray heather. i find it to fit tts. the waist doesn't really have stretch to it, so i wouldn't size down or it might be a bit of a struggle to get the skirt up. the details at the waist and the sides make this so much more unique. the material is not super thick, but with the side shirring, the skirt has a very nice drape. the length is one of the best parts. i'm 5'3" and it fits like the model on me."

"Comfy, casual, effortlessly chic-- everything I look for in clothes and rarely find. I expected this to be too long (I'm 5'1") but for some weird reason it's a little shorter on me than on the model. It also fits a bit looser than I thought it would. Color is darker than it appears -- more charcoal than light gray. Fabric is lightweight but not sheer and seems fairly durable unlike so many of the trashy fabrics out there. I'm wearing this right now with a black tank, black beret and boots and feeling like a million bucks."

"This skirt is a cute as can be. It looks really cool on. I got the XS and it is fine with a little room in the hip but it is the same as my hip and takes a little pull to get it over the hip area, but not a problem. I measured the waist across the front and it is 17inches, doubled would be 34 hip. So is you are a true 36 hip i would get a small. It is stretchy thru the bottom, but not where it ties. My measurements were taken where it ties. Hope that helps. I am 5' 1" and 99lbs. Great Skirt!"
