Bold shirt for an easy outfit

"I ordered a small and received a shirt with an XS tag and a label reading size 2. I'm usually a size small or medium. Still, somehow this shirt is a tad roomy! No matter; it's a very pretty statement shirt, easy to dress up or down. I love its unique, long, slender-waisted, high-necked cut, comfy soft fabric and how much character it has paired with black skinny jeans."

"I was really excited about this, until its arrival yesterday. The xs shirt runs large, and the fabric feels like cheap cotton. If you add the panties to the mix, they have this terrible "trim" around the fabric that is super scratchy. And they have a strange fit too, I ordered small and xs, and both just are not exciting. I am petite, 5'1 and 110 lbs."
