Awkward, boxy, ill-fitting dress

"This dress runs ridiculously huge. I'd say maybe two whole sizes bigger. I am petite and have been a faithful FP customer since my adolescence strictly because their sizing has always been flattering and TTS. Lately, they have started making their dresses run huge, but this dress has by far been the most exaggerated in size. I ordered a 0 (I'm 5'3", 95 lbs and 0/xs has always fit perfectly with only some occasional alterations). But literally the arm-holes were giant, the straps were too long, the dress was super wide, from top to bottom. Including a zipper was pointless and/or a joke. Plus the material was really stiff and like an inch thick.
Sorry for the rant, but I'm really disappointed in FP sizing as of late and I hope the problem gets addressed b/c this has been one of my favorite places to shop for years and I've basically had to return the past 5 dresses I've ordered cause of awkward sizing."
