too small!

"I have purchased many pairs of Jeffery Campbell shoes in the past and have always been very happy with them. I was confident with picking my usual size -10 but once I received them and tried them on, I was super disappointed. The back of the heel part was really stiff and pushed my foot forward making the sole too small and the strap at the front seemed very loose. The shoes themselves looked really nice, but even if they would have fit me, I don't know how keen I would have been to wear them since they seemed like they would be so uncomfortable to walk in!! I am returning them."
