"Sandal is really pretty and very well made, very comfortable to wear! i have low arches and this sandal did not compliment the shape of my foot, i don't think it was because it runs a little small., its more the shape of the sandal...for size reference..i got EU 36 and i wear US 6..perhaps a 36.5 would have been my perfect size if it weren't for that arch thing..."

Gorgeous sandal, but runs SMALL!

"This sandal is great and beautifully made. I just received them and they are TOO SMALL. I am normally an 8 or 8.5 depending on the brand/style. These run at least a half size too small. Free people, your sizing charts are horrible... especially for shoes. This is in European sizing and it can be a real pain figuring out what size to get. I have shoes that are European sizing and they range from 38.5 to 39. I have NEVER needed a size above a 39, until this sandal. When I ordered the sandals, size 40 was available, but I ordered the 39 instead. I had no reason not to since that is the usual size for me. Size 40 is unfortunately sold out now. Free people, my suggestion would be to better communicate sizing so things like this can be avoided. Thanks."
