Cheap Broken Zipper
7.29.2013
"I love everything about this bag, it's made with a soft leather in a great cognac color, with simple raw edge detailing. However, I would steer clear of purchasing it because approx 10 days after I first used it (never once overfilling the bag), the zipper broke so that were large gaps between the teeth when it was supposed to be closed. Since then every time I manage to force the slider back to the bottom of the zipper and carefully close it again, the teeth pull apart on their own. Additionally, the puller keeps coming off. This is a quality control issue and I am really surprised FP allowed this bag to go into production with a cheap, defective zipper in it. Next time, please use YKK or Ideal in your zipped-up products."

Tried Twice
6.29.2013
"Let me tell you I love FP clothing, however I can tell you not, a fan of their purses. The first time I ordered a purse it was advertised as a crossbody bag and it was not even close to the description. Returning is a waiting game even with a free return label. Thought I would try again when this bag went on sale. So excited about the great price. Till it arrived. The handles defective. So I called and they very kindly sent another. Was really looking forward to receiving. It arrived and it was damaged too. Seriously? Now I have to deal with this again. Do not know if it is bad luck or bad bag."
