Flattering but short...

"I purchased these shorts in the black size small. I am 5'7" and usually wear a size 27 in pants. I love these shorts so much. They are a great staple in your closet to wear instead of jean shorts. The only problem is... as you can see in the picture, there is a base layer under the lacey layer. The base layer is SO short... you can pretty much see your booty... But I'm keeping them anyway and I'll just figure out how to fix it. :) Really love them, just wish they could be a little longer. I would get the medium, but they're sold out."
