"i got this in the charcoal, and the color is gray as pictured. as the other reviewer said, this fits very large, i'm also usually a M, and the XS/S is still very roomy. i didn't notice in the pics, but the slit is only on one side (left). this isn't quite working for me for a few of reasons: (i) i must be more sensitive to the wool as i find it just a bit itchy (ii) the sleeves are ribbed, which add bulk that i don't need as i don't have skinny arms (iii) the sleeves are also a little bit batwingish, which i couldn't tell from the pics and they also make make the top look wider. this will probably work better on someone with a more slender frame."

Oh so cozy

"This sweater is most definitely 'over sized', I'm a M/8 and ordered an xs/s and am still swimming in it. But I love it. I have already worn it several times with funky tights, a long dress as well as the Fair Isle fit and flare dress. I am so surprised how much I have been wearing it! My home is chilly at night and it is the perfect super soft cozy up sweater. The sleeves are 3/4 length and look great with a layer underneath."
