Quality Not As Expected

"I bought this hat at the sale price, but even the discount could not excuse the poor quality of this hat. First off, some sort of sizing guide would be helpful; I would like to think I do not have a particularly large head and the hat just perched awkwardly atop it. Also it was so scratchy and flimsy looking/feeling. Such a letdown."
