Perfect Tan Boots

"I've been pining for these shoes for 3 months and when they finally went on sale I was ecstatic. They are chic and comfortable. The only problem I had was the left tongue would slip to the side, but that was quickly fixed by a $10 visit to the shoe repairman who stitched the tongue into place. Overal a perfect pair of tan boots!"

"Oh man, these shoes are so great. They are soft angels even when you first put them on; they are so cushion-y. They are made with very soft, clean leather. It looks like the Free People people roughened these up a little for the picture, but I like that they don't look like that in real life because I want to put my own wear into them. The laces are a lighter, not so brown color. They fit very true to size. I love these shoes so much."

"They're sooo adorable, but as it can easily happen when ordering items online, the color is slightly off from what is shown here. The color of the boots in real life have more of an orange tint to the tan color.The laces I got on my shoes were a taupe color and the white in the pattern is not quite as white as what is pictured, they're kinda off white. They're comfortable with a nice soft sole that molds to your foot a tiny bit but there isn't really any heel or arch support. After the first day of wearing them I had a little bit of a sore spot on the back of my heels and it wasn't from them being too tight because my foot seemed to fit perfectly. This could've been just me and maybe thicker socks would've solved the problem. In the pictures online, the sole looks really flimsy and weak but in real life, the structure seems sturdier. They aren't quite as rugged either and the toe of the shoe is rounder and shiner. For fitting, I'm a 9.5 in tennis shoes and I ordered a 9 in these and they fit great. I also have narrow feet, so I'm not sure how they'd fit on wider feet. But overall they're great and adorable and the leather is very nice quality! I just gave them 4 stars for the rubbing on my heel and the colors being off considering the price you're paying."

Awesome Boots

"These boots are so cute! The interesting black & white design is what prompted me to buy these and they do not disappoint. Good leather quality, comfortable, soft and easy to wear. Two things: first, the leather isn't quite as shiny as it appears in the online photos. Its definitely more of a less bright tan color, and I think they look better that way in person. For some reason these photos give the leather a gleaming look which is not the case. Second, these are NOT meant for the winter weather. They provide little to no tread or traction and are not practical for the rain or snow. These are gorgeous boots that are not meant to be abused. Also, as a short girl (5'1) I found that these make me look even shorter and a bit squat, so keep this in mind before purchasing. I can only wear them with super skinny jeans or leggings, and a top that accentuates my waist, otherwise I look like I gained 10 pounds (for some reason they look terrible with dresses, perhaps its just short me!) Overall, adorable though!"
