"First things first, if you're not very busty or curvy there is no need to size up. This fit me just fine in my usual size. There is a bit of a static issue as another reviewer noted, but that just means you have to wear this with bare legs and only layer the top half. I've found that layering with all of the layering slips works just fine in avoiding static related bunching. Looks smashing with a layering slip, platforms, and long cardigan/sweater. When accessorized properly, this does not have to be a dainty dress either."

"I love this so much I wish I had 10 more in this style! This is for surez a hit and anyone would feel beautiful in this dress/slip. I like to wear it with my Viscose Voille slip and my Tape Yarn Beach sweater, and finish it with the Ana Fringe belt and boots.

"I bought this and wondered if I could pull it off and look as good in it as well, the model. It's simply beautiful - albeit a bit clingy - will spray some anti-static to try to get rid of the cling - and I bought the large due to my chest but only being 5'4" it was a bit longer on me. It's really gorgeous and genius on the part of FreePeople to pair it with a red jacket (see other photos/other model photo (lookbook) as well as a great looking pair of boots and form fitting slip. LOVE IT...
Don't let the large size stop you from buying this dress if you don't normally wear a large - if you are 36" chest or larger you will need the large size. It runs small."

"This is the kind of dress that you slip on and immediately dream of frolicking around the forest. It is a wee bit unrealistic for everyday wear because hey, not every day is a frolicking day! I have it on display in my room, just because it is too gorgeous to put away behind closed doors (I also like it just stare at it sometimes, on account of its beauty). One downside is that it is a bit static-y because of the thin silk. It fits true to size as I am 5'9 and the length was perrrfect. Overall, this slip is BEAUTIFUL."

"I just received this and it is indeed beautiful. The silk is amazing and soft. The color and patter is different and unique. The model must be about 5'8 because I am 5'6 and it fits me about the same length wise. The designers website states that the slips run small but I did not find that to be very accurate. I thought it was pretty TTS maybe even a little bigger then I expected. I was hoping it would be a good layering piece but there isn't much I can do with it do to the shape and cut. The other issues is that the silk is so fine that it creates sooooo much static and clings real bad. Overall gorg but not very practical even as a layering piece. My fiance loves it..surprise surprise, but not as a day item! Haha. I will most likely return it. For the price I would rather something else! I gave it 4 stars because it is gorgeous just because I didn't go gaga should not effect the rating. I did take one off though for the sizing recommendation being off."

"I know this sold out, but in case they get more, I had to review it. It is absolutely gorgeous!!! Fits like a dream, though I did size up due to the designers sizing guidelines ( a little different than FP) glad I did as it fits perfect! Beautiful, hope to wear it with the crochet maxi dress when that comes in the mail! It is a little more sheer than I expected, but who cares, I will get a slip like the model has to wear by itself in the summer. I am about 5'5 and it comes to my ankles. I normally wear a medium but got the large and works well since I am busty. But it looks great, very flattering. So feminine and lovely detailing around the chest/shoulder area! Get it if it comes back in stock!!! :)"
