"Ok they are gladiator but like matador as a term. These shoes are incredible, they look amazing on. I got a nine because the 8.5 were out of stock and the nine fits just fine and accommodates my inserts but 8.5 would have been a little better. Anyhow, they look amazing on and will make a great summer statement."

"these shoes are a clunky shoe lover's dream come true! I have the nude color... one should note that the wedge part is actually a very dark navy blue, not a black. the shoe is an absolute dream; i can't wait to wear them with cut off shorts and sundresses hehehehe"

"I bought the nude colour. They are gorgeous. The colour is beautiful, the leather soft. The sole is a bit rigid as another reviewer said but it doesnot make them uncomfortable to walk in as there is elastic at the buckles for movement. They are sooooo comfortable. I wore them with rolled up boyfriend jeans and a shredded tshirt and can't wait to buy black to wear with black skinnies."

"If you are on the fence with these shoes get them! They are the most comfortable amazing shoes ever. They're edgy and go with everything, you seriously won't regret buying them! I'm an AU7 and i bought a 7.5 and they fit perfectly :)"

"Nice (black) leather, true to size (perhaps slightly looser than usual) with a nice little "lift". The look is funky (not overly-chunky) and fun! The only downside: I find the soles incredibly stiff - I mean REALLY stiff. I absolutely love the look of these gladiator sandals though, so my fingers are crossed that the sole will soften up a little. If the sole had been more flexible, I would have easily awarded them 5 stars!"
