Floral patterned chiffon dress with leather bustier-style upper bodice. Upper bodice has woven leather trimming. Adjustable leather shoulder straps. Cool cutout detailing at back with elastic band across upper back. Zips up lower back. Bottom portion is lined. Printed bottom is gracefully draped.

"This dress is very well-made and just like the high-low lolita dress the size 8 in new romantics - it is a bit more fitted. So some might want to size up. I'd love to see more designs like this in the future with leather tops and without flowery designs. I'm currently losing my baby weight but can tell from trying it on now at a weight of 163 and height 5'9" that it will fit beautifully when I hit 145. Thank-you to the previous reviewer who had shared her daughter's experience with the dress. I had already ordered my dress but her advice was right on. The colours are not bright-bright, but that's exactly what I wanted. I find the previous studio photo main image for this dress with the brunette showed the true colour best. This dress is an ultimate keeper! My only disappointment was that free people seemed to wait an entire week to ship my order even though I paid extra and a customer service rep lied and told me my package was in transit when I knew that only the electronic order had been created. (I have my own business so I could tell immediately). The item wasn't accepted by the post until a whole week later and then took a whole other week to arrive. I wasn't in a hurry, but I do expect honesty in customer service. I spend a lot of money here and would like to see an improvement in your order fulfillment turnaround. I get packages from Australia faster! Anyway, gorgeous dress, but I have been ordering from other sites more often recently due to my experience with your customer service."

"I have been wanting this dress for so long and finally jumped on it when it went on sale. I am sooo glad I did not listen to the other reviewers who said it ran big. I went with my normal size and it worked out perfectly. I'm always an 8 at Free People and I am glad I stuck with that. A for the dress itself, it is so pretty! I love the way it felts and feels one. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because the quality isn't quite what I was expecting. I thought the top part would have been a little better quality for the price paid, but its still worth it. If you are hesitating, just take the plunge and get it!"

"I bought this dress for my daughter as an option for prom. We both absolutely loved it!! The colors in the skirt are so beautiful together, much prettier and softer in person than the photos. I wasn't sure if she would like the way the skirt is pulled up and sort of looped at the bottom, but it adds just the right amount of body and depth to the skirt so that it just doesn't hang there. Now the bodice is incredible! The leather is very soft, and the details with the braiding and rolled trim are amazing! The waist fit very nicely, the straps are adjustable to make it just right, and the elastic strap across the back hold the sides of the bodice nice and snug so that there is no gapping. Truly everything about this dress is wonderful!! And now with the sale price it is truly a piece you don't want to miss. As for the fit, my daughter is 5'3", 135 lbs, 36B, and has a curvy, muscular build because she is a dancer, therefore her weight is deceiving because she looks petite. She usually wears a 6 or an 8 in FP dresses that are fitted through the bodice because she needs the room in her ribcage and bust. We went with the 8 in this dress, and it fit very nicely, not one bit of alteration needed. She decided to go with Ana's Limited Edition Dress for Prom, but I went ahead and kept this as well, because with college coming up, she can wear this to so many things, and in any season. You can also dress it up or down with shoes, jackets and accessories. We loved it!!"

"i've been eyeing this dress for a long time and finally decided to take the splurge. as far as fitting goes it's a little snug, my measurements are 32C-23-32, and i got the 0. it's a big tight at the bust, not constricting though, the chest area is roomy, i can fit a bra in it. this is most definitely NOT a maxi dress, i'm 5'6 and it only reaches above my ankles. as far as colors go, both the skirt and bust are duller than in the pictures, which is a shame because the colorful skirt is what attracted me to this dress in the first place and for this price tag it should have those rich colors! the way it's draped can look a bit awkward at times. so far no defects on mine"

"i've wanted this dress for a while, so i decided to take a chance with my bday discount. from the reviews, I knew that it fits small so I went up a couple of sizes, which isn't abnormal for me with the new romantics line. it almost worked. the length was great, as the back is not too long and is around my ankles (I'm 5'3"). the top fits fine and I'm on the busty side. but the issue is the back. the cutout is not flattering when I'm not lean in the back. oh well. i do like the dress itself. the leather top is cute and the floral skirt is pretty."

"I loved this dress on me. I am a tall girl around 5 foot 9 inches and I am slender. This dress flatters me and accentuates my chest which is hard for a dress to do. The leather is so cute with the floral skirt pattern! Ahh buy it!!"

"Stay away from this dress! I first ordered it in a size 2 because I am usually a size 2, S, or XS in Free People dresses. The dress came and it was too tight. Then I ordered it in a size 4. The 4 was too big. And to top it off, the dress came with several defects. One of the straps was sown together so it was not adjustable. And then the top portion was not symmetrical. One side was cut bigger than the other. This dress lacks the appropriate sizing and qaulity control. For $400 dollars, it should be perfect. A huge dissapointment."

"I normally wear a size xs,s or zero from Freepeople but my boobs are a 32D and I wanted to make sure they weren't bulging out of my dress so I ordered a size two. I just got it in the mail today and although the waist fits and I could zip it up my boobs are still falling out of the dress! Not to mention I was under the impression the dress would fall to the floor as shown in the catalog... It doesn't, I'm 5'4 and it only goes to my ankles. Since this dress was $400 I'm so disappointed I have to send it back for the next size up. I hope a four will fit my bust and maybe be longer. Also, this is my first time ever sending something back to them. Very let down."
