"When i got this i wasn't disappointed because mine did have the pretty turquoise stone in it and it was not scratched up or faded.
However it did at first smelled a LOT like cardboard! It looks like, feels like and IS leather, but I guess it must have been boxed up for a long time.
It was also a little flimsy, and i found the strap too long (but I'm short). Also a little awkward snapping it since its not a magnet and you have to press the back of the back to close it.
But in conclusion all of this was worth it because its SO PRETTY! Even prettier in real life than in the picture. :):):):)"

Big Mistake

"I had ordered this bag as soon as I saw it went on the website. It was shipped fairly quick. However, when I had received it was all wrong. First off, the stone was a reddish brown color ( I ordered the black and turquoise) and the leather had faded to a unattractive grey color. The metal "studs" looked so cheap! They were all scratched up and half of them were lifted off the bag. There was a scratch across the red stone in the middle. The leather strap was short and uneven. The leather itself felt cheap and was worn out and scratched. Luckily, I had called and they payed for the shipping back and a full refund."

Sapphire not Turquoise

"I just received this bag in the mail and unfortunately am disappointed. While the overall quality of the satchel is pretty good, the stone at the center of the bag is not at all a turquoise color as pictured online but rather is a sapphire blue color. The turquoise is what made the bag for me."

Disappointing.

"I saw this bag online and ordered it right away. It seemed like the perfect bag for going out/ school. However, I just got it today and i'm completely disappointed. First of all, the "stone" is plastic looking and mine was a dull red rather than the pretty turquoise in the picture. Second, the leather straps are different colors and completely different materials after the buckle. Not to mention one of the straps has scratches on it and it isn't cut straight. The bag looks cheap, the black looks more gray/ faded navy (not in a good way) and is definitely not worth the price. I'm a loyal free people customer, but i'm not sure how I feel after this bag. Returning it tomorrow."
