Missing Cross Body Strap

"I ordered this bag after lusting over it for quite awhile. I am thoroughly pleased with the quality. The color and style are impeccable and even better than the picture. However, my bag did not include the cross-body strap, a must for me. I called customer service and they said they would look into the issue. I plan to keep it if the long strap is included with the next one. If it is not, I will have to send it back as the handles are a bit to small to fit comfortably on my arm. I gave it a five for quality, as it is excellent. If you want a real HANDbag, go for it. The strap may not matter to you as it does to me."
