"I wanted to love these and hemmed and hawed. They are made really well and are a great and different cargo style pant. But, basically they made me look thick around the waist. So ultimately, the price made me return them. Perhaps a smaller size would have worked better, but I was concerned that the legs/hips would be too tight. I am 5'5" 120 lbs., and pear shape. I chose a small and it fit true to size. Perhaps this would work better on someone with a more straight figure or a larger frame."

"I was a little skeptical at first due to the sizing and price. I am a size 31 or 10/12 in pants, mostly 12 in free people pants. Sometimes I can wear a size 30 pants (rarely). I am long waisted and have a rather big tummy and a boyish figure with no hips. I really doubted the general sizing in these pants would work for me. HOWEVER, they looked so flattering on the model, I wanted to try them. I went back and forth between the khaki and charcol colors and ended up purchasing the charcol color. It looked more flattering and for the price I thought the darker color would hold up better and not show stains and soiling as readily. I am SO glad I did. It is an amazing color. It is more of a taupy, grey that can be worn with virtually anything. It is like magic how they sort of take on the colors of whatever you are wearing. These pants are so amazing on and they fit great (I got the large). They were a little stiff at first, like a pair of jeans, but then they sort of morph onto your body like they were made for you and not in a tight, painted on kind of way. I. LOVE. THESE. PANTS."
