Love the bracelet just wish I could wear it!!!

"Let me start off by saying this bracelet is gorgeous.... However it was so bent when it came out if the box it looked like one side of it melted. I tried to reshape it but no luck.... Sadly it is going back. I would try to reorder it but am afraid that I would have the same problem with bracelet #2. The box wasn't damaged in shipping. I totally love everything free people but am disappointed in quality control on this one!"
