Not Quite What I Expected

"I bought this thinking the barrette part (not including the chiffon tie) would be about an inch and a half long... but it is much bigger. The barrette is almost the same size as the bow: 4". This added width makes the bow hold your hair much more loosely than expected. I bought the coral and the color is cute and I love the dots, but the tie is kind of free floating and kept moving around. There is some wire in the chiffon tie to make it stand up, and ribbon has been glued over the base of the barrette to hide the metal. Cute enough at $14."
