NO WONDER THIS SELLS OUT SO FAST!
3.12.2013
"I caught this awesome shirt on a day that they had 1/one X-Small for sale. I bought it immediately because I knew that someone would buy it before I could get a chance. This top sells out as soon as it comes out. I just received it today and it is truly awesome. I usually wear an X-Small but it is a little bit tight on me in the stomach area. That does not say anything because I do have to lose a little bit of weight there, so I will say that this is TTS. All is good with the stitching on mine. Nothing is coming apart. All is GOOD and very WELL MADE. A very UNIQUE PIECE that I will have for a long time :) I highly recommend it if you can manage to get one that is... :) :) :)"

the perfect flannel
11.26.2012
"i was surprised at how thick this was when i opened the package. it's super warm too great for chilly days. true to size. sleeves a bit long, but not too bad and can be rolled up easily. i would've loved the crochet detailing on the sleeves better like the fp cuff thermals. i noticed some color difference though. i saw some in store that looked just like the picture, but the one i got was more muted as mentioned in earlier reviews. but i like it that way anyway so i don't have a problem with that. anyway, this is one of the fewer fp items that i found reasonably priced. it's been some time that i found i had my money's worth. love fp, but sometimes the quality doesn't live up to the price."

epic FP shirt but not too great quality
11.15.2012
"This shirt is very very striking and i love the colors.
Sadly, it is not too well put together so i am debating wether to keep it or not because of that reason, sadly its not easy to fix tears between patches
.Its a true to size fit, thick delicious plaid flannel...alas...makes the sleeves harder to roll up, though...
Heres are measurements for XS
chest across 17''
Hem across 20''
Length front 24'' back 28''
sleeve 25''

"I didnt order this but another flannel but to my surprise this came instead what an amazing mistake on FP's part! I love this so much and when I pulled it out I knew right away I had scored some karma kootos! I have been wanting this but it was sold out in a size small. I revived a size S and it is a little tight but im hoping it will stretch out a bit? I would get a large if your an M size being that that is all they have left I say go for it you wont be sorry :O)"

Faded Plaid Still Work for Me
10.31.2012
"I agree with the others that this shirt is more faded that what is pictured. The red pops quite a bit, and there's more green than blue. But, it works for me! The plaid is thicker and it's very warm. Overtime, I think it may pill a bit, but I still like the weight of it none the less! the stitching is interesting. The shirt fits true-to-size. I ordered a size up because I like mine a little bigger under the arms. The shirt fits longer in the back and the crochet is a gray color, not white. It's a lot of fun and I'm happy that I purchased it! I hope this helps you!"

Warm and beautiful
10.22.2012
"I love this shirt as it is a unique and warm flannel. The colors seem true to the photos but slightly more muted. I am looking forward to wearing this through the winter and hope it holds out for years. It will probably help to reinforce the seams. Beautiful top! I hope it comes back in stock so others can enjoy it as well!"

My favorite shirt
10.20.2012
"This is my favorite piece of clothing and it will get much use this winter. When I received the package, I opened it and pulled it out in front of a couple of friends who were visiting. They were as fascinated as I was. My normal size small fit great. It's a little snug across the shoulder blades but after wearing a few minutes seemed to loosen up a bit. Very cozy and beautiful. It can be worn alone or with a tank underneath and left open partially or completely. I think it will be too snug in the arms to wear a long sleeve shirt underneath. I'm 5'4" and it's thigh length on me. I took off one star because of all the loose threads and I will need to reinforce the seams on the sewiing machine. There is also a very small area that is coming unraveled and it's not on a seam. It's not noticeable but it may get bigger so I will have to zigzag it to reinforce it. Also the price is too high for having these little issues but still glad I got it!"

Very Unique and Cozy
10.16.2012
"I'm so glad I ordered this shirt. Since I've had it, which is about a 2 week, I've worn it 3 times. I wear it when I get cold around the house and I wore it this weekend at NY Comic Con with my Free People Vegan Leather jacket with the hood and my extreme flair jeans. You wouldn't believe the amount of compliments I received. Like the other reviewers say, this shirt looks like it is patched together like a quilt. I love the crotched sides and the way the shirt is cut and hangs. It is definitely my favorite shirt in my closet so far. The color in my shirt definitely looks the same as in the picture shown also."

Not Your Boyfriend's Flannel Shirt
10.15.2012
"The perfect girly flannel shirt - it is soft, plush, thick and fabulous, yet with an hourglass fit. If you have curves, it's going to go in at your waist, while hugging your bust and hips. Where each different fabric swatch meets, it has large zigzag stitching, which is so creative and fun. Pair it with rugged jeans, but yet a lacy cami underneath for extra sizzle."

It's a keeper!
10.12.2012
"Just received my cozy flannel shirt yesterday. I love it! I agree with what others say...the colors are muted, but what you would expect from old and worn flannel shirts. Fit is good..I am 5'5, 120 and wear a small or medium depending on fit. I went w. medium and it is big enough for me to wear a t shirt underneath and still button it. It was a little tight in the shoulders at first, but after wearing it for a few hours, that relaxed. I love how it is made...real squares of old flannel shirts. A bit pricey but I will wear it for years!!"

Couldn't love it more!
10.10.2012
"I am a sucker for a great flannel top. This couldn't be better. It is thick and soft. I ordered XS, and it is very loose on me. I am also very small. The back is a little longer than the front- which I love. Cannot say enough about this top. SO LOVE IT!!"

Love this shirt!
10.10.2012
"I simply love this! It is so beautiful! It is muted like the other reviewer states, but still beautiful! It's a great flannel material that is pieced together. So unique and the colors are great. I ordered my usual FP XS and it fit perfect, just like the model."

Flannel Quilted top
10.9.2012
"This top is really pretty, the colors are more muted than in the photos. Perhaps it's the lighting the photographer used? The shirt looks handmade, and reminds me of a beautiful quilt. The shoulders fit me well, the sleeves come down past my wrist, which is a plus in the winter. From the arms down, the shirt is loose and baggy. I would alter it or put darts in the back, but it would ruin the plaid pattern of the patchwork. It is a little longer in the back than in the front. I'm still undecided about this shirt...I may keep it as a layering piece over a thin sweater. Off to the sewing machine for more consideration."

Muted Flannel Buttondown
10.7.2012
"I was really interested in seeing what the colors were going to look like since there always seems to be a difference between the catalog and studio shots. This time, the shirt I received is more of a muted version of the studio shots. There is no crisp white anywhere, and the crochet trim is more of a soft gray. I find the fit pretty tts and definitely not oversized or boxy. The sleeves are generously long. The tiny buttons are made of a bronze colored metal. This shirt is truly patchworked and not printed to look like patchwork, so there are individual pieces of decent weighted flannel squares sewn together, then loosely topstitched. The shirt itself is warm and heavy in a good way, and the fabric is soft and fuzzy. I have the feeling it will probably pill as all flannel tends to do. I spent about 15 minutes trimming loose threads off of the inside of the shirt and discovered a couple of spots where the seams were already falling apart. Easily fixed but slightly annoying. I'm wondering how the shirt will hold up after a couple of washings. It's a really cute shirt, but for the price I would expect a little better quality."
