"The metal part of my belt from triangle tip to triangle tip is 34", it sits a little low on my hips but stays there so it would work for me, only I already have a Kuchi belt. One of the black ties in mine was "mended" with a knot, it looks very artisanal but a little sloppy, if I keep it I will change the ties for something else. The metal work is well done, the red enamel is less shiny and less clean than in the photos but still very acceptable, worth it at the sale price if you happen to get a size that works for you."
"I ordered this belt hoping it would be a red version of something similar to my FP Kuchi tribal belt which I literally wear all the time. I have 35" hips, so according to the online description, with a 37" total length, & 6" of it being the ties, the belt should fit anyone with 31"-36.5" hips, right? My belt was 50" long total, with 37.75" of it being the metal detailing, so there was no possible way I could adjust it to fit my hips. Hoping the sizing was random (as ethnic tribal belts usually are), I tried to do an exchange but FP informed me these belts are not available with smaller metal detail length. :( It's unfortunate, because the belt was very pretty, with metal detail design exactly like the FP pictures except with royal blue for the backing. Therefore, I would only recommend this belt for someone who has at least 38" hips."
