Heathered stripe tank dress with elastic waist. Length of skirt at the middle is longer than the length on the sides for a cool shape and look. Drawstring tie at front side of waist. Open knit vertical pattern all over.

"This is one of my favorite dresses I have purchased from Free People. It's a great light weight sweater-like fabric, with a lined skirt. The top is unlined though. I'm 5'2" and 110lbs and I am usually an XS and it was perfect. It stretches, so there is give."

"This dress is exactly what I've been looking for! I'm petite at 5'2 & 100 lbs, and I've been looking for a maxi dress that doesn't need altering length-wise. For my height anyways, this dress does the trick. The xs hits a few inches above the ankle at the front. It's perfect for the summer, and I think it would flatter just about any body type! For reference I got the 'pink' colour, and it's more of a beige-taupey-grey with pinky undertones (I wouldn't call it pink). Pretty much what's pictured here."

"I ordered this dress in an XS based on that I'm 5'5" and typically am a size 2-4. Having owned it for five days, I've worn it out three times already. It's just so darn versatile - have worn it on its own with sandals and have worn it layered and with boots. Note that the angle of the "slit" on the side is not even from side to side - one is slightly at the back of one leg, and one is slightly at the front of one leg. Anyway, I have a friend patiently waiting for the dress to become available in blue for herself since I wore mine out for the first time and she also loved how unique and breezy it is. In conclusion: good throw-on dress, dress it up or down, be prepared for compliments."

"I LOVE this dress. I bought it in two colors - the spice and the ocean. I wasn't sure which size to get based on the reviews, so I got one medium and one Large, and they both fit! The large is just a little longer. But I love both so I'm keeping them :) The dress is so flowy and lightweight, it's perfect for summer. The top is more sheer as the bottom has a slip beneath it, but the sheer part just makes it even cuter I think. Definitely recommend!"

"This dress is perfect! I am 5'5", 110 lbs with this in the Spice color in XS. Both the color and material are beautiful, and the fit is perfect with the drawstring tie. This fits me at my natural waist, not as an empire waist, which I love. The slip ensures that nothing shows through the slightly sheer material. The material is soft and high quality, highly recommend!"

"If you want a dress that doesn't look like most dresses this is definitely for you. The silhouette of the dress is super cute and stylish. The feel of the fabric is so soft and comfortable. The top is a little sheerer than i expected but again it makes for a cool comfy summer dress. i vary in sizes at free people, wearing anywhere from a xs-m. I'm 5'8, 120lbs and XS fits me perfectly in this dress. This is definitely worth the buy to add to your free people collection."

"I am 5'11 and purchased this dress in medium. I should have gotten a small, but I thought it might be too short since I'm so tall. Plus, this is my first attempt at ordering a dress from free people. The reason a small would have been nicer is because I've found that throughout the day this dress tends to plunge a little bit lower on my chest, and it starts to show my bra on the sides. However, it's not really noticeable and this dress is still to die for. I got so many compliments the first day I wore it out. It's one of those pieces that make you feel good when you go out."

"I am very sad to say, this dress is not for me. I just got it in the spice color size xs and was excited to receive it- until i tried it on. the model is 5'10'' and the dress looks great on her. i am 5'6'' however, and the dress made my legs look weird and there seemed to be too much fabric on the sides, making me look wider than i am. this is a dress for taller girls and women! the color is exactly as pictured."

"I ordered this in two colors. The red was nice but the color didn't look great on me. The fit was good and it was comfy. Then I exchanged it for the blue color in the same size. The fit was totally different! It was saggy in the chest area and really long. I'm 6' tall and found this dress to be pretty long, so shorter girls beware! (at least if you're ordering it in blue)"

"I realize there are so many reviews raving about this dress I probably don't need to write one, but I just have to! I am extremely petite (5'0 95lbs) and have trouble fitting into FP dresses but this one fit me like a glove! The drawstring waist is seriously amazing because it makes the dress fit PERFECTLY. Even the straps didn't fall down at all. The skirt is flowy and moves beautifully. The material is soft and durable. It can be layered with so many different pieces. I could go on and on. Just get this dress!!"

"I recently ordered the blue one and love it soooo much! It's a perfect Spring/Summer dress...the little underskirt hides everything important and lets the rest of the skirt flow and drape beautifully. Wonderful fabric. I have a little Buddha belly and the (sort of) high waist hides that without looking frumpy. Just ordered the spice color too! Lucky someone returned a M and I snagged the last one! Both will look great with a denim jacket to make it casual. Great value! Great dress!"

"I love this dress which I have have had for quite awhile now. I have the ocean color which is almost a turquoise, but a much warmer blue than the FP photo. My measurements are 33-24-24, and I'm 5'7 and I fit in both the XS and the S. Both sizes looked great, but I chose the XS because the fabric had some stretch to it and I liked having the higher empire waist. What I most love about this dress is that it can be worn year round. In the fall and winter, I layered with sweaters, thick scarves, warm leggings or thigh high socks and boots which worked well with the almost tweed-colored fabric. Now during the nicer weather I am just wearing it with layered necklaces and strappy sandals which also works since the fabric is very soft, comfortable, light and flowy. Love!"

"I absolutely love this dress. I got a size small in the spice color. I've worn it with booties and converses and they look great both ways. My only complaint is that it is a tad big on me. I should have purchased an XS, regardless it still fits well. It is also longer on me than it shows on the model. A very obvious thing considering I'm 5'6, but I didn't consider it when purchasing. Anyways, totally love this dress. perfect for layering or a warm, sunny day."

"I ordered this online and was a little disappointed with the fit of the lower half of the dress....it made me look rather big around the hips. I am 5'5 and 116lbs, I got an XS. However I loved the color, and the way the top part fitted, so I actually took it to my alteration lady, got her to cut a bit of the bulk out of the sides, now I love it! Definitely worth the price, even if you spend an extra $20 getting it altered like me. Great summer dress! Top part is see through, but a skin tone flesh colored bra goes perfectly under it for me."

"I tried for a few days to let this dress grow on me, but ending up returning it. There's nothing wrong with the dress itself--it's nicely made, the color is nice, and I love the hemline. However, it did not work my body. I'm 5'4" and 120 lbs, and the longest part came to mid-shin. Thus, I felt that it made me look oddly short in an unflattering way. Also, I couldn't get over the belt tie placement. It fell just under my breasts, making it almost look like a maternity dress on me. A tie that falls at the waist is much more flattering, I find. All in all, it had to go back."

"I am 5'4", 170 pounds, 38B/36C and vary between a size 10/12/Large. I got this in the brown Spice color in a Large. The sizing was perfect, but I am thicker with broad shoulders, so I just didn't think it looked as good on me as on the skinny models. I think this might be something for the skinnier ones. Hah! But the color was exact and the knitted fabric was really soft...just wasn't in love with it on enough to keep it."
