Princess of the Universe Dress
Two-tone jersey knit maxi dress with pleat detailing at middle front of waist. Longer on the sides then the middle or front. Bottom hem is trimmed with ruffles. A stunning and dramatic maxi that still has that cool, everyday feel.

"I ordered the blue/grey combo and was happy when it arrived and the color was a bit more vibrant than pictured. I usually encounter the opposite when ordering online and through FP.
I am 5'7" and 120lbs and ordered my usual XS which fit great. It does hang down low in the armpit area as another reviewer said, but not enough to bother me or be a big issue. The material is nice and light weight, not cheap, just comfortable on those hot summer days. And the high cuts on the sides also help to make it comfortable and flirtatious as well. This dress is so comfy, I could wear it everyday, all day! :)
I paired it with a bright colored Andean Collection belt and gladiator sandals and got a ton of compliments!! Totally worth every penny."

"Ruffles on the bottom of the dress make you feel so feminine, and the addition of ruffle and not layers make this dress perfect weight for spring and summer. This dress is a fitted dress like shown in the pictures. I did not find it too sheer as mentioned by other reviewers nor does this dress runs big, it does not, it is true to size."

"I instantly felt like a fairy princess. The fit is incredible! I was worried that the front pleat would add weight, however it is very flattering. It flows and moves like a dream. I have the taupe combo and the colors are more muted than vibrant. The higher sides really make this dress stand out. The length is as shown (I'm 5'9). This would look gorgeous with the tall sandals. A must have."

"Cute dress. I'm 5'4", 115 lbs, 34 B or C, 27" waist, 35" hip. Ordered XS, my usual size in FP. It fits very nice. May have a bit of trouble finding a bra that won't peek out the sides because the weight of the bottom pulls the top down a bit. Not too much, just a tad. I believe this is largely due to not being very busty and I think someone with a larger chest would not experience this issue. I am very surprised by how long it looks on the model. I was afraid it would be way too long on me and that wearing this with anything but 4" heels would be impossible but this was not the case. At just 5'4" and no shoes on, the longest layers just barely skimmed the floor. All and all, I'm very happy with the purchase. A great, comfortable and light fabric and a good fit."

"I fell in love with this dress when I first saw it online and immediately ordered it. Sadly, it did not deliver. I loved how long and flowy it is on the model, with the skirt grazing the floor, but that's not how it looked on me at all. I just looked frumpy. My bottom half is pretty curvy so that may have something to do with it. I am sure that girls built like the model will look lovely in it. Sadly that is not me, so it is going back."

"This dress is just as pictured!! What a pretty little piece! I sized down because FP dresses like these tend to run a little larger. I am 5'5" 120 and ordered an XS, it fits just as it does on the model. If you are any shorter, the bottom of the dress may drag unless worn with very high wedges-but the draping of the skirt portion is gorgeous. This dress does need a slip under it, but looks perfect layered. Very happy with this piece, highly recommended!"

"I purchased this in the Cornflower Blue combo and it looks pretty close to the online images. The lower skirt part is a dark charcoal and not black. The fabric and fit is similar to the Emma Too Fer Maxi, so if you love that dress you will love this one, too. Just like the Emma Too Fer, the straps are just a bit longer than I would like, and the fabric is thin and slightly see through. The skirt is not multi-layered, and the ruffle is pieced into the skirt. The bottom hem is unfinished so you can trim it if you wish. I'm only 5'2", so the tips of the hemline drag on the ground even with wedges on. Super cute on. I might have to get it in the toffee combo, too. If you are looking at an XSmall, here are the measurements of the one I received:
