BRING 'EM BACK - NEED MORE PAIRS & COLORS!!!
1.27.2014
"I have MAJOR LOVE for these unique and COMFY kicks. I also get compliments every time I wear these or for any FP fashion I own and I own A LOT. My only wish is that FP brings these back and ASAP, my cobbler can't resole my fav zipper high-tops and they get a lot of wear. They hold up really well and have even been super saturated in the greenbelt (accidently) and sun / air-dried as good as new! I want more Axel Moto kicks please and in more colors, too, but I'll buy another pair in the same as I am super thrilled to have such killer kicks! THANKS FP!"

Love these!
8.27.2013
"First of all, colour: as others have noted, yes, the brown is a little lighter than what the pic shows, the grey is true to pic and the white soles come lightly pre-scuffed. Fit: I typically wear 8.5 to a 9 so I got the 9 and I have a little room at the toes, however I do have narrow feet and a high instep, so these fit perfectly otherwise. Style: so unique! I've seen similar looks but always as wedges and I really wanted a flat shoe to walk around the city comfortably in. Whereas the wedge is too predictible and trendy, these are classics, but in a very different way. For that reason, these are a great value. Versatility: these look great zipped up and even better half zipped or with one side left completely unzipped! I've worn them with all kinds of cargos, skinny jeans in all the "dirty" colours, even torn-up straight leg blue jeans tucked in (crazy but it works with a distressed tank, army style summer-weight bomber and messenger bag). I could also make these more chic for fall with suede leggings, a wool turtleneck tunic, motorcycle jacket and studded suede boho. Lots of options! Very, very happy with these!"

Love-hate relationship
8.21.2013
"I fell in love with these the first time I saw them. With all the shoes I have, just couldn't pull the trigger on the price. When the were marked done the second time, it was meant to be (MINE), Got them and was so excited. Following the other reviewers comments, I ordered a 37, bad call. I should have ordered the now sold out 36. I will make this size work. So why is the white sole shown in the studio photos, made to look dirty? I don't get it. I don't think it adds anything to the look. I will try to clean the sole with a magic eraser and see how it goes. I really do LOVE thes shoes but really hate the look of the sole. At this price, I will keep them."

No.

"I had been eyeing these sneakers for months and I finally ordered them. Really disappointing. The quality is so poor! They have a dirty shiny white lining (leather or manmade?) on the inside that looks awful and shows around the edges. I don't mind the dirt effect on the rubber but why inside too? The zippers stuck and were hard to get up. The strip of suede behind the zipper looks crude and unfinished. I didn't find the color to be significantly lighter than how it appeared on my screen. I wear 7 US and 38 fit fine (aside from being ugly and not offering any arch support). They also came up too far on my ankle but I'm only 5'4" and have soccer legs. If i need a pair of puffy, grungy, oversized, suede shoes, I can always pull out my old skate shoes."

Really Cool
2.13.2013
"I personally really love these shoes. They are very true to my personal style, which is a bit tomboyish with a rocker edge. They are not girly girl shoes, but they're super badass. They have zippers on both sides of the shoe, which is kinda cool. They look exactly like they do in the picture, except the brown part might be a little lighter in person than in the picture, but not so much that it completely changes the look of the shoe. They are a bit narrow, so if you have really wide feet these shoes might not be the best for you. Overall, I really think these are some sick shoes, and comfortable. They are very unique and I have not really seen anything like them, and when I saw them on the website I just had to have them, and I am really happy with them. They are perfect for a casual everyday look."

Nope
2.12.2013
"These are not attractive shoes. In person they look cheap. The brown is much lighter in person and the rubber part is filthy looking. They fit quite snugly. As someone who does not like shoes to fit snug, I usually half size up, these felt more like a half size down. I am truly an 8.5, ordered 39, felt like an 8. Returning."
