"I ordered these in a size 7 in the creme color last week. They were shipped very quickly and I received them within the week I ordered them. The downside is that FP sent me a MEN'S 7. Which means it's a women's 9. I'm not sure as to why there was a confusion... Free People doesn't even sell men's clothing.
I'm very disappointed and will be returning them."

"Unfortunately I am in the same boat as the other lady...I just opened my parcel after patiently waiting - trying anyway :) - with excitement for my shoes to arrive only to see that they are a womens 11. I ordered a size 9.
So I taped them up and had to return them straight away. Pretty disappointed... and trepidatious to even try order them again.
3 stars for the fact that they did look awesome for the few seconds I got to look at them."

FP sizes are for men?

"These arrived today along with the American Flag Button down shirt and now I'm feeling pretty patriotic which is a good feeling to have right before the 4th of July. These shoes are a bit large especially in the toe area. I usually like a little room for my toes but this is about half a thumb worth and they run a bit wide. I have the low quarter version of these and they definitely run normal and fit perfect. OK, now I see the problem. I just looked at the side of the box to make sure that I had the size right and noticed that these are a men's 9 and a women's 11! It says it right there on the box. Why did Free People send me this in a man's size when I'm clearly a women shopping on a ladies website. Now I will have to send them back and I am not sure how to reorder these. Does Free People worked out the size issue or not? So I sorry to say I am only giving this 2 stars for cuteness."
